BoysenBoard is a fan community website dedicated to Knott's Berry Farm history and culture. We are not affiliated with Knott's Berry Farm or Six Flags Entertainment Group.

Account data: email address, display name, and role when you register.

Submitted content: reviews, photos, submissions, oral histories, and community posts you create.

Usage data: pages visited, search queries, and interaction events (via privacy-respecting analytics only with consent).

Technical data: browser type, device type, IP address (retained for no more than 30 days for security purposes).

We use your data to: provide and improve the BoysenBoard service; display your contributions publicly (with your consent); respond to support and compliance requests; and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Non-essential cookies (analytics, embedded media) are only loaded after you grant explicit consent via our cookie banner.

Third-party embeds (YouTube, Instagram) may set their own cookies after consent is granted. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or revisiting the cookie settings banner.

We share data only with: service infrastructure providers (Base44 platform); legal authorities when required by law; and no one else.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Submitted content may remain visible after account deletion unless you submit a Data Subject Access Request. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized after 90 days.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA.

BoysenBoard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it promptly.
